The purpose of these Governing Documents is to provide an effective governance structure for the Student Legal Education Committee (SLEC) at the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Constitution.
The SLEC Constitution covers the creation of the organization, the elected positions, procedures for elections and removals, committee guidelines, and more. To download, click here.

The By-Laws are a more technical document which covers the specific workings and functions of certain offices and procedures. This includes things like meeting notice, student organization procedures, and so on. To download, click here.
