A proficient representative fulfills their obligation by being approachable, valuing the concerns of all students, representing the interest of their class and/or section, informing and maintaining communication with both the students they represent and the Executive Council/SLEC, and by being a respectful and positive reflection of the Student Bar Association/SLEC and the College of Law.

SBA: All representatives serve on the Executive Council and have a vote at all General Council meetings. Representatives will also have an opportunity to serve on at least one of the standing committees, including the Constitution and Rules Committee, Philanthropy Committee, Barristers’ Ball Committee, Social Committee, Social Media Committee, Alumni Committee, and the Networking Committee.
SLEC: All representatives serve on the SLEC and a faculty committee.

SBA: One year. You will have to run for any additional position.
SLEC: Three year term.
