The purpose of these Governing Documents is to provide an effective governance structure for the Student Bar Association (SBA) at the University of Cincinnati College of Law (College of Law).
Below you will have the opportunity to download the most recent edition of the SBA Constitution and By-Laws. Please note, that each year the SBA Vice President convenes a Constitutional Rules Committee which reviews and updates these documents through the appropriate procedures. As such, these documents will be updated periodically!
Constitution.
The SBA Constitution covers the creation of the organization, the elected positions, procedures for elections and removals, budget and committee guidelines, and more. To download, click here.

The By-Laws are a more technical document which covers the specific workings and functions of certain offices and procedures. This includes things like meeting notice, student organization procedures, and so on. To download, click here.
